Labeller - ALstep

ALstep S is a compact and robust low-cost labelling head with a cut motor drive and a microprocessor control, also optimally suited for installation in existing packaging lines. It can also be mounted in confined spaces, thanks to the side access for changing label reels.

ALstep labellers can handle label reels up to ø300 mm in diameter for longer operations. They are equipped with air cooling so they can work in heavy industrial conditions. ALstep is available in S and M versions, for label widths up to 100 and 200 mm respectively. The maximum label output speed is 30 m/min. (20 m/min. in the M version), thanks to a microprocessor-controlled stepper motor that allows the operator to set all the labelling parameters via the control display and knobs. These parameters are stored in the EPROM and are automatically recalled when the labeller is switched on.

It can give an alarm signal in case of web break and end of roll, but is not compatible with other accessories of the standard ALstep.
