The pneumatically driven Doselite® filler for viscous products, dispenses with high precision by means of a piston.

Multipurpose use.
All parts in direct contact with the product are made of AISI 316 stainless steel; therefore, the dosing machine is particularly suitable for various fields such as: Food, chemical, as well as for the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry.

All parameters are easily adjustable.
Pressure, filling volume and suction power are easily adjustable. Furthermore, the filling device can operate in manual or automatic mode.

The filler can be personalised depending on the viscosity and/or temperature of the product. The following options are available:
- Heating systems
- Mixer systems
- Feeding systems for viscous products
- Pistons for other metering ranges
